Deliberate Attraction and Simple Versus Easy

Everything in life is an illusion. In this holodeck you call “my life” there is no difference between you and anyone else. For that matter, there is no difference between you and anything else in the material world.

Quantum physics shows us that the observer and the observed are not two distinct and different things. In fact, the best way to describe “observer” and “observed” may be by saying they are two unique perspectives of the same thing.

The illusion of separation allows us to experience a physical existence and a physical experience of life on Earth. The trouble with the illusion of separation, though, is it becomes a prison in which we don’t even know we’re being held. We see the outside world, we believe the outside world is pre-existing and separate from us, and we define ourselves by it (we allow it to dictate our state of being).

Everything you see is a reflection of you. Your beliefs and your state of being is mirrored back to you by the material world.

It really is this simple:

  1. All of your current reality is nothing more than your accumulated previous beliefs (personified through your thoughts and feelings).

  2. Your current reality has NO bearing on your future (unless you give it that power) because your future will be dictated by your current beliefs (personified through your thoughts and feelings).

  3. Your beliefs and your state of being have a symbiotic relationship. Change your beliefs and you change your state of being. And, to a slightly lesser extent, change your state of being and you will change your beliefs.

  4. You are in charge of your beliefs and your state of being. Outside circumstances have no power over those things unless YOU give it to them.

  5. Take charge of your beliefs and your state of being by intentionally changing them to be more in alignment with your desires. For example, practice accepting, loving, giving, appreciating, and enjoying everything all the time.

  6. Your future reality will mold itself to accommodate, and reflect back to you, your current beliefs and state of being.


This is very simple. But not easy. It takes practice.

The idea that reality is pre-existing “thing” awaiting your observation is belief running deep within us. That is the paradigm in which we were raised and it is not an easy one to unlearn. So make sure you’re giving yourself a break – if you’ve spent most of your life driving by looking in your rear view mirror, it will take practice to quit glancing up as you drive!

So love the illusions. Just don’t be imprisoned by them! You are here to experience creation through the illusion of separation and, one day, you’ll leave this physical body and no longer have the illusion of separation. Enjoy it while you can!

Love the illusions just like you love your favorite movie, immersing yourself completely into it while safely remembering that it is only a fantasy!

Remember – when you love, accept, and appreciate “what is” you really are loving, accepting, and appreciating YOU! You are loving, accepting, and appreciating YOUR reflection. And why would you want to do anything else with your reflection?

Deliberate Attraction and Coaching Myself Up the Emotional Scale

Next I used an emotional guidance chart from Esther and Jerry Hicks Ask and It Is Given. The chart is a gradated feelings hierarchy ranging from the lowest emotion (depression) to the highest emotion (joy).

I asked myself to take the topic “being in debt.” I wrote about my heartfelt desires regarding this topic – as vividly detailed as possible. I wanted to be debt free; I wanted to get out of this disaster!

Then I wrote about my current feelings regarding being in debt. I forced myself to be brutally honest, no matter how painful. Ignoring how I thought I “ought to feel” about it (the type of Band-Aid, “positive thinking” I had engaged in previously), I found myself way down on the lower end of the emotions chart.

I was now very aware of both my desire to not be in debt and also my current feelings about being in debt. Now the healing began. Now I started to heal the divide between my current feelings and my desires.

After writing about my current feelings on the topic, I identified myself on the chart of emotions. I was way depressed as you’ve read.

Each day hereafter I coached myself (I’m a great coach, especially for helping people do “inside work”) to raise my feelings ONE emotion per day. I went up the emotional chart one feeling at a time, one feeling a day.

The system is so magical because I began to manifest different things on the very first day, since “anger” is a stronger, more positive vibration than “depression.” My vibration rose, slowly but surely, as high “freedom”. And magic happened every step of the way because I taught myself how to see it.

Deliberate Attraction in a Bite Sized Chunk

You’ve been waiting for it! Let’s get started with the things I learned about deliberate attraction which allowed me to erase over $760,000 in debt in just four months! I’ll give them to you in bite-size chunks.

But study hard; these chunks are heavy with vital information that will get you deliberately attracting like you drank rocket fuel!

The natural place to start is discussing negative feelings. Negative feelings I was intimately aware of and facing on a daily basis - such as the worry and terror of “I’m going to go bankrupt!” Feelings that made me fantasize about driving off a cliff.

Did you know that when you are feeling a negative emotion it simply means there is a distance between your desire and your vibration?

Remember that your thoughts are things. They are electromagnetic energy and they vibrate at a certain frequency, just like all other “things” in the universe. And because they are electromagnetic they are attracting other like-vibrating “things” every moment of every day.

You attract how you vibrate. Higher frequency, feel-good thoughts attract good things. Lower frequency, feel-bad thoughts attract bad things. It’s scientific: you cannot deliberately attract something unless you are vibrating in that “thing’s” frequency.

So when you have internal discord, or negative feelings, that is your emotional guidance system signaling you that you are not in alignment with your desires. Your beliefs and, hence, your thoughts are not vibrating at the frequency of your desires. This distance between your vibration and your desires causes you emotional, spiritual, and physical pain.

Unfortunately we have been taught to play small when we feel the negative emotions of distance between vibration and desire. Playing small means we try to shrink the desire to match the lower vibration instead of vice-versa.

I cannot stress how important these two points are for your deliberate attraction:

  1. Distance between desire and vibration equals negative emotion. The stronger the negative emotion means the greater the distance.


  2. We've been conditioned to shrink our desire to match our lower vibration. No one knew about raising our vibration instead of shrinking our desire, so one could teach us that as children.


You can't do what you don’t know and you can’t teach what you don't know, right?
